助力发展灌溉友谊中国企业家赴缅考察

超过50位企业家即将奔赴缅甸，他们组成了一个中国中小企业家考察团，参加一系列中缅经济和企业界的交流活动。活动由中国国际交流促进会和中国和平发展基金会联合中国企业报社并与缅甸贸促会合作共同举办，目的是进一步加深中国和缅甸两国间的传统友好关系，立足于民意沟通、民间交流和民生合作。同时，《中国企业报》主办的中国企业发展论坛也即将在缅召开。

此次参团的主要是中小型企业，集中在生产生活用品方面。本次活动还具有浓厚的公益色彩，代表团在仰光举办一系列针对缅甸老百姓的“胞波情深”民生活动。

这些活动包括由中国民间组织国际交流促进会与阳光保险集团合作向仰光几个社区的10所学校捐赠100台电脑和打印机以及建立10个电脑培训教室。活动还将为缅甸老百姓实施300例免费摘除白内障手术，这已经是中国和平发展基金会第二次在缅实施开展这样的活动。为了切实提高缅甸的医疗水平，使更多的缅甸老百姓能够受益，此次还将投入200多万元与缅甸首都医疗中心共建中缅眼科医院。

缅甸将于明年起在中学普及电脑义务教育，而多数的中小学还比较缺乏电脑，这次民生活动可谓雪中送炭，将使几千学生受益，辐射到几万社区群众。阳光保险集团此次与中促会合作，在仰光为缅甸中小学捐建电脑建立培训教室，是阳光保险集团将公益活动走进缅甸的开始，代表了中国企业界对友好邻邦缅甸人民的友好情谊，体现了两国的“胞波情谊”。该公益活动必将会促进当地现代化教育事业的发展，也会对中缅友谊深入发展带来有益的促进作用。今后，中促会还将协调中国的大学生志愿者到这些学校培训电脑知识。

冕宁县冕里稀土选矿有限责任公司

冕宁县冕里稀土选矿有限责任公司（以下简称冕里公司）成立于1999年（前身为冕里稀土矿选厂），是一家以稀土采选为主的工业企业。该公司位于四川省凉山彝族自治州冕宁县境内（冕宁县即当年中国工农红军长征途中刘伯承、聂荣臻元帅与彝族首领小叶丹结盟的地方），公司所在地离冕宁县城70多公里，距凉山州政府所在地西昌市约165公里。

冕里公司经过多年来的发展，稀土选矿厂摇床达到166台套，球磨机5台，磁选机25台套，每天处理原矿2000吨以上。矿山从安全和科学开采的角度出发，将以前的单一坑采改为全面露采，对矿山进行自上而下的整体剥离，分组合台阶采矿，既增加了产量又保证了生产安全，含品位0.4%左右的稀土荒碴不再丢弃，全部拉到稀土洗选厂进行洗选，从而使冕里公司每年矿山拉到稀土选矿厂的稀土荒碴和原矿可达60多万吨，满足了该选厂每天处理2000吨原矿的生产需要。

冕里公司现已成为冕宁县规模已上工业企业，2011年产值已超亿元，缴纳各种税费3000多万元，综合评比考核已进入冕宁县工业企业前三位，县人民政府给予冕里公司2011年度一等奖。

Afterseveralyears’development,tableclassifieroftombarthiteandmineralpro－cessinghasreached166sets,ballmill5sets,magneticextractor25sets,andcanpro－cessraworeforasmuchas2000tonsperday.Fromtheangleofsafeandsciencemining,theminehaschangedfromthefor－mersingleopen-pitminingtoopencastmin－ing,andstartusingtop-downoverallstrip－pingofmine,aswellasassemblebenchmin－ing.Inthiscase,itcanbothincreaseoutputandensureproductionsecurity.Carrythemtotombarthitewashandselectionfactory,thentombarthiteslagandraworecanbeover600.000tons,whichcansatisfytheproductionneedsofthiscompanytodealwith2000tonsrawore.

MianliCompanynowhasbeentheabove-countyscaleindustrialcorporation.In2011,itsoutputvaluehasreachedmorethan￥100,000,000,theexpensesontaxationis￥30,000,000,andthecomprehensiveap－praisalhasenteredthetopthreeofMianning’sindustrialcorporation.Thecompanyhasmadegreatcontributiontotheeconomicde－velopmentandsocialstabilityoftheold,young,sideandpoorareas.ThegovernmentofMianningCountyhasfavoredMianliCom－panyasthefirstprizein2011.
